BODYCAMP- Our body camps are designed to inspire and create an hour of power. We give you the
tools to self motivate and participate in an opportunity to change your life. No intimidating words or
actions are used to humiliate anyone. We work as a team and everyone works at his or her own pace.
We challenge everyone to push themselves and not injure themselves. We don’t follow the motto,
“No Pain, No Gain”, you ever feel pain, that’s not gain, that’s a hospital bill waiting to happen! However,
we do take you to the limit, help you surpass the limit, then create new limits to conquer.
COMBAT CARDIO- Combat Cardio is kickboxing class on steroids. Not just your relaxing kick,
punch, bob and weave movements, you are punching, kicking, and moving as if you are in real combat.
There is a different energy exerted with each move. You are not just going through the motions,
you are moving with emotion. This class is a combination of various kicks and punches from all different forms of fighting with a mixture of strength drills as well.
FORM FIT- Form Fit is a variation of fast, mid pace, and slow movements similar to Tai Chi that works all the muscles groups, cardiovascular, and internal organs as well. Form Fit is suitable for all ages, and is an excellent workout that also works on balance, harmony and breathing techniques.
OPEN INSTRUCTION- Open Instruction are instructional classes and also Q&A sessions for all team members that have any questions about any services Body By Struggle has to offer. If you need extra instruction on form, techniques or exercises used in class, or answers to any questions you may have, these classes are for you.
R.A.T React-Attack-Tatics is a no nonsense self defense class that puts you in real life scenarios with real life solutions. You are taught simple but yet very effective techniques to help youin any life threatening situation.
SILVERBACK COMBAT AND CONDITIONING- SCC focuses on fighters or individuals wanting to get into combat ready shape, through conditioning the body to become like steel. We focus on conditioning body parts that will be used like weapons, and also toughening up the areas of vulnerability on the body. While conditioning the body, we practice sensible, and practical defense moves that can help save your life, if you are ever in a life threaten situation.
GROUP FITNESS- "Two is company, three is a crowd", you and some friends want to get in shape?
Let me show you how! You and your friends can train together. Whatever your area of focus,
we will customize the class to meet your goals. If you already have a group that you work out with or want to form your own group, you will be assigned private classes and days for your group to train. Body By Struggle will travel to your job site, church, or area of choice.
FITNESS PARTY- Want to educate yourself and friends at the same time? Have a FITNESS PARTY! We will come to your location of choice or you can come to our location, and Body By Struggle will give a presentation on the importance of fitness and how people can achieve better health through fitness. At the end of the presentation, the party begins. A full body workout!!!!
