GOALS- At D.U. each team member is encouraged to set goals. Those goals are sectioned off into milestones. Each week we take a look at your achievements and make sure those milestones are met or new strategies formed to achieve your goals.
Exercise Safely and Correctly- Trainers should be knowledgeable about exercise safety, as well as proper form, to get the most benefit from an exercise. Struggle E. Stylez is a certified Personal Trainer, and is constantly updating his knowledge with continuing education and specialty certifications. Classes are small so each team member gets the proper attention to maximize each exercise.
Identify Weaknesses- Training is an on-going process of evaluating weaknesses and then addressing those weaknesses to help you get stronger and feel better. Each member is explained which body parts the exercises are working and the most efficient ways to create functional movement to get the most out of each training session.
IN OTHER WORDS, YOU ARE PART OF A TEAM, NOT JUST A MEMBER. YOU ARE NOT JUST IN A CLASS, YOU ARE PART OF AN EXPERIENCE!!!!
